Refund Policy

At Naps & Snoozes, my goal is to provide supportive, development‑led sleep guidance for families. Because my services involve time, preparation, and personalized support, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not apply.

Digital & Sleep Support Services (Non‑Refundable)

All sleep support services — including consultations, evaluations, personalized plans, WhatsApp support, and follow‑up sessions — are non‑refundable once:

  • The session has taken place, or

  • The personalized sleep plan or guidance has been delivered.

This is because the value of the service is provided through time, expertise, and individualized support.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost.

If you need to cancel:

  • More than 24 hours before your session: You may request a reschedule.

  • Less than 24 hours before your session: The session is considered used and is non‑refundable.

No Guarantees of Specific Outcomes

Every baby and family is unique. While I provide development‑led, gentle guidance, I cannot guarantee specific sleep outcomes. Your results depend on your child’s development, temperament, environment, and consistency with the plan.

 

Technical Issues

If a session cannot take place due to technical issues on my end, I will reschedule at no cost to you.
