Meet Klaudia

Certified Baby and Toddler Sleep Specialist

I’m a Pediatric Sleep Consultant and Family Specialist with years of experience supporting families with children ages 0–5. My approach is gentle, realistic, and rooted in child development, connection, and the belief that every baby—and every parent—deserves rest without pressure or guilt.

With a Master's in Education, a background in infant development and my work in family engagement, I’ve guided parents through routines, developmental milestones, and the everyday challenges of early childhood. This background allows me to understand sleep not just as a schedule, but as part of your baby’s whole development and your family’s well‑being.

I created Naps & Snoozes to offer a softer path to rest—one that honors your baby’s rhythm, your family’s values, and your own intuition. No rigid methods. No unrealistic expectations. Just clarity, support, and a plan that feels doable.

You don’t have to navigate sleep alone. I’m here to walk with you, gently and confidently, toward full and restorative rest for your family.

My philosophy is rooted in my very own REN Method: Rhythm, Ease, and Nurture.

Rhythm means listening to your baby’s natural flow. Ease means keeping things simple and doable. Nurture means leading with warmth, patience, and connection.

I don’t believe in “one right way.” I believe in your baby, your intuition, and your family’s unique rhythm. My role is to offer small steps, calm ideas, and support that feels like a hug on a hard day.

About Naps & Snoozes

Naps & Snoozes was born from my heart, from the moments when I wished someone could sit with me, listen without judgment, and remind me that I wasn’t doing this alone. I created this space because I know how heavy the tiredness can feel, how confusing the advice can be, and how much we just want to do what’s best for our babies.

To me, sleep isn’t about rules or perfect routines. It’s about connection, comfort, and finding a rhythm that feels good for your baby and for you. I believe in gentle support — the kind that feels like a warm hug on a hard day, or a soft voice saying, “You’re doing better than you think.”

Here, there’s no pressure. No guilt. No “shoulds.” Just calm guidance, simple ideas, and a lot of compassion.

I want this space to feel like a cozy corner where you can breathe, feel understood, and know that you don’t have to figure everything out by yourself. Naps & Snoozes is my way of walking with you, slowly and kindly, as you find the rest your family deserves.
